6 Steps to placing and Order

Tamper Evident supplies organisations right across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific.

Ordering from us is a simple process.   The below steps outline how we like to work with our customers

  1. Consultation: Before we supply products to any new customer, we will have an in dept discussion to find out exactly what needs to be acheived and in what environment.  This allows us to pick the ideal product from our range of over 220 different types of tamper-evident and tamper-resistant seals
  2. Samples: We recommened putting our product to the test in real-life situations to make sure they will achieve what is required.  Where required, we will send samples so that our customers know their issue will be resolved when they purchase from Tamper Evident
  3. Quotes:  We provide quotes to be viewed along side our products.  Our quotes are live for 30 days to give customers a chance to evaluate and decide on a supplier
  4. Order Placement:  New customers orders are normally placed over the phone, after a consultation.  Existing customers place orders in many different ways including our contact forms,  phone, fax and email
  5. Order Dispatch and Delivery: Orders for our standard stock are dispatched within 1 business day of the order being placed.  For customised stock, we will give an expected delivery date and regular updates on order progress
  6. Settlements: For new customers, we ask that payment be made on or before delivery of goods. This can be done via EFT, Credit Card or Cheque.  After the first order  we are happy to set up 30 day payment terms
