Bolt Seals & Container Bolt Seals
Tamper Evident Barrier (Bolt) Seals provide a high level of security. The strength of this seal imposes both a physical and time constraint to anyone tampering with it. Any evidence of tampering with a Tamper Evident Bolt Seal will be visible immediately. Bolt Seals are used primarily for securing shipping containers and vehicle doors during long distance transit.
The Tamper Evident Bolt Seal is a compliant high security barrier seal designed for securing high value cargo. A solid steel bolt provides strength while a molded plastic coating provides tamper evidence. Both parts are uniquely numbered to prevent fraud by replacement of either bolt or body.
Simple, no-tool application - just click two pieces together to self-lock. Typically, the shaft is inserted through the hasp of the locking mechanism affixed to door or access point. The second piece of the bolt lock, the locking cap, is then hand applied, positively clicking in place to lock the bolt. This rugged, high security seal must be removed with a bolt cutter by cutting the shaft.
Keyless, single use bolt locks provide a high level of security and tamper evidence.
